What our factory does
Cutting & shearing
Fiber laser cutting with heavy bevel cutting capability, and shearing up to 6 mm steel over 3 m.
Punching & bending
CNC punching with multi-tool capacity and 140 t CNC press brakes with 6-axis back gauges.
Machining & welding
Machine shop, CNC machining for tight tolerances, robotic welding and Argon TIG welding.
Copper processing
Busbar milling, edge shaping and bending, with tin plating and PVC / epoxy coating, in a dedicated 4,000 × 6,000 mm area.
Painting line
Horizontal powder and liquid coating line, plus plating and horizontal wrapping for final protection.
Stainless steel
AISI 304 stainless steel fabrication with TIG welding, grinding and brushed finishing.
